For portrait shoots and events, it usually takes about 1 week, and for weddings it usually takes about 2-3 weeks for the gallery to be uploaded for viewing. The times listed are just estimates because the time is dependent upon the amount of jobs occurring and how close jobs are to one-another. We understand time is of the essence, so we do our best to process all order as quickly as possible.
How do we submit an order? prints?
Photos can be ordered directly from the online photo gallery by using an order form on the right above the gallery and including the unique photo ID number associated with the photo. There are two forms available to choose from, the word document is preferred because it can be saved and emailed as an attachment. The PDF version is recommended only if you use outlook on your computer to send and received email, because you cannot save in this format, but after filling in your order, you can click the print button in the upper right hand corner, which automatically attaches the form in you outlook to send. The order form can be submitted by email or you can print the form and mail it in with your payment for processing. You will be notified once your order is received and once again when your order is ready for pickup or after your order have been shipped.
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and money orders. For checks, items will not be shipped until check have been cleared from your institution. It usually takes 5-7 business days for local checks.
Do you require a deposit before doing a job?
Why am I having problems viewing new galleries or links are not working?
Are the images on your web site the highest quality?
Yes, in order to reserve a date for your event, a deposit of 50% is required before we can do the job. When the job is completed, the balance will need to be paid. If an event is booked and then canceled, the deposit is non-refundable, because the date could have been used for another client.
The images on our web site are the sole ownership of Valley Digital Photos/Video Services and may not be used by anyone for print, publication or reproductions, which would be in violation of copyright laws and is definitely punishable. If you would like to use a photo, please make sure you contact us for permission. This is to protect our clients photos from being used by other parties.
The images on our web site are of the lowest photo quality and not high resolutions. This in to ensure the galleries load quickly for our visitors, without any delays. If you have dial-up, it may take a little longer.
